Returns & Exchanges

Madderson London operates a no-quibble returns policy. You may return any item within 28 days of receipt, for any reason. We will be happy to provide a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability), whichever you prefer.


  • Return the item unworn, in re-sellable condition with tags attached and securely packaged (you do not need to use the original packaging)
  • Include your name and order number. Without this information we will not be able to process your return. If you no longer have your order number, please email for assistance.

We cannot be responsible for any returned items lost in transit, and so we highly recommend that you use a tracked form of postage to return your goods.

FREE UK RETURNS - if you are returning goods from the UK please email with your preferred pick-up date/time and we will send you a DHL returns label free of charge. If you require assistance please call us on 0845 834 0177.

* US/CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: please send returns to our US warehouse: Madderson London Returns, Future Forwarding, 605 Bohannon Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213, USA.


* INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: please state on your customs form that the package contains ‘Returned British Goods’. Failure to do so may cause delays and extra customs costs to yourself.

We will endeavour to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, but please note that this could take up to 3 weeks in very busy periods.


UK Distance Selling Regulations stipulate that you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt and receive a full refund of goods. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at, stating your intention to return your purchase(s). Upon receipt we will process the full refund of the item(s) and cost of delivery. Please note return postage is at your own cost. As we cannot be responsible for any returned items lost in transit, we highly recommend that you use a tracked form of postage to return your goods.


If we have availability, we are happy to exchange your goods for any other item. Please indicate which item you would like on the order confirmation docket you receive. We will notify you as soon as possible if the item that you require is not in stock. If the new item costs less than the item to be exchanged, we will refund the difference to the card used to pay for the original purchase. If it costs more, we will contact you to take an additional payment. This is why we request a daytime telephone number from you on the returns form.


If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will refund the cost of the item, the delivery charge, and the cost to you of returning the item. For the latter, we will refund the cost of 1st class recorded delivery in the UK and of standard signed-for delivery for other regions, as per our price table here.
